Eternal Current

Here is another track from my first album (I'm pretty much just uploading them in order). It's called Eternal Current. Thanks again for all the great comments! To answer some more questions, all of my newer songs have lyrics, I just haven't gotten around to recording them yet... I spend most of my time writing my novel, so music has taken a bit of a back seat for the moment, but I'm still coming up with new piece all the time, I'm just not necessarily perfecting them to recording level. Anyway, hope you like it!

  1. Listening to it right now... You have talent, reminds me of the type of songs you would hear in a Korean drama, the prelude to the epic scenes.

Also bits of Final Fantasy, and others. Where are you from? I just finished listening, very good stuff. Do you play any other musical instruments?

  2. Thanks! I'm from Seattle. I can play the piano, guitar, viola, violin, drums, bass... with a little practice pretty much anything other than wind instruments. I mostly excel at the piano and guitar though.

  4. I'm actually working on finding a way to distribute my music online, but every place I have looked into so far wants to take a huge cut, or just charge me a ridiculous amount. I'm going to keep researching it, but until then I will continue posting a new song each day, so keep checking back!

  5. Yeah agreed that you have loads of talent. As for places to post your music. Myspace seems cliche but have you looked into it?

  7. Love the piano work. Absolutely reminds me of Final Fantasy soundtracks (like the other guy said) at a couple parts.

Have you heard of World's End Girlfriend? Check out their song called Ghost Of A Horse Under A Chandelier; the intro is two pianos and some guitars and is really really cool and reminds me of this.

Have you checked out Bandcamp for selling it? As of late they're charging a small fee for every 1000 (I believe) downloads, so it's no longer COMPLETELY free. But it's still a great service.

  17. wow. when i saw "music blog" i totally expected some crappy grind core or death metal that i would never follow or listen to. i like to listen to instrumentals like this when i'm painting, lyrics distract me. very awesome and unexpected.
